Charles Fergusson Tower

Only 80-tonne of steel but all seismic strengthening work including a roof parapet upgrade. The entire existing structure was stripped right back to it’s primary reinforced concrete structural core. Demolition, hazards such as asbestos, coordination between other subtrades and the fact that all existing reinforcing had to be avoided resulted in a vast and complicated work flow that demanded meticulous document management to capture variations and hard work to meet project time frames.
